is a gynecological topical prescription drug containing estrogen components.

1. Main Ingredients and Actions

• Ingredient: Each tablet contains 1mg of Estriol.
• Mechanism: By supplementing local estrogen, it repairs the vaginal mucosal epithelium, restores normal vaginal pH, and improves dryness and inflammation caused by hormonal insufficiency.  

2. Indications (Uses)

Clinically, it is mainly used to treat the following symptoms:

• Atrophic vaginitis: Especially vaginal inflammation caused by decreased estrogen in menopausal or postmenopausal women.
• Cervicitis and cervical erosion: Improves inflammation and damage to related tissues.
• Non-specific vaginitis: Including different types of vaginal inflammation such as senile or pediatric.  

3. Dosage and Administration

• General usage: Adults usually insert 0.5 to 1 tablet (1/2 to 1 tablet) deep into the vagina once a day.
• When to use: It is recommended to use before bedtime to prevent the tablet from melting and flowing out.
• Treatment course recommendation: The specific dosage and course of treatment should follow doctor's instructions and be adjusted according to the condition, age, and symptoms.  

4. Precautions and Side Effects

• Common side effects: May experience breast tenderness, rash, local vaginal burning or stinging.
• Contraindications:
• Those allergic to the drug's ingredients (such as estriol or excipient Macrogol 6000).
• Those with or suspected of having breast cancer or endometrial cancer.
• Pregnant women, those suspected of being pregnant, or lactating women should use with caution or avoid use.
